These good microbes compete with unfavorable ones for living space, preventing vomiting, diarrhea, and cramps. An oxygen-based colon detox will encourage those good microbes to multiply, promoting better overall gut health.
The chemical reaction created by an oxygen-based colon cleanser releases oxygen and melts the impacted material in the intestines and colon into gas and liquid. Now, you may need to stay close to a bathroom for a day or so while eliminating the material from your colon, but believe me when I tell you, you will feel so much better afterward.
When looking for an oxygen-based colon detox product, make sure to choose one available in capsule form. Avoid products that include ascorbic acid, which is an antioxidant and can undo the good that oxygen can do. A good ingredient to look for, however, is GE-132, also known as germanium-132. This nutrient is beneficial for the immune system's health, facilitates and adds oxygen, and is helpful for many ailments.
Another natural and beautiful way to detox is by eating more intentionally. Be mindful of what you are putting in your body and only consume high-vibrational foods. Herbs are going to be your best friend during a detox.

- Do a short-term cleanse like a 3-day juice cleanse or 3-day water cleanse
